What to Know Before You Book
Is the ski pass refundable?
Because Ski Season Passes are offered at a deeply discounted prepaid rate, they are non-refundable.
When can rooms be booked?
Your Ski Season Pass is valid for stays between November 1 and April 30, subject to blackout dates.
You don’t need to reserve all of your nights at once—you can book them throughout the season as your plans come together. That said, weekends and peak dates tend to fill quickly, so we recommend reserving early whenever possible.
What room type does the pass include?
Your Ski Season Pass is valid for a Standard 1-Queen Room. Traveling with more people? You can upgrade to a 2-Queen Room for $25 per night, subject to availability.
How do I book my stay?

Can I book multiple rooms?
Each Ski Season Pass can be used to reserve one room per night. If you need additional rooms, you’ll need to purchase an additional pass.
Can I buy more than one pass for multiple rooms?
Absolutely! You can purchase multiple Ski Season Passes if you’d like to reserve multiple rooms. If you’re planning a group stay with six or more rooms, please give us a call or send us an email—we’d be happy to help coordinate your reservations.
